How long can my holiday home stay on Seaview ?
We offer a licence agreement for 15 years for Holiday Caravans; Which will be reviewed year on year after the 15 year period.
What Facilities are available on the park ?
We have an indoor heated swimming pool, small bar and games room.
The site also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
We are about a 10 minute walk to Kennack Sands beach.
How long can I use my holiday home for each year ?
You can enjoy your holiday home from 1st March to 2nd January each year.
Can I Sublet my holiday home ?
No, we do not allow subletting; but your immediate family are more than welcome to use your holiday home.
The swimming pool opening times ?
You will have access to the heated indoor swimming pool from 9am to 7pm.
Are you pet friendly ?
We are a pet friendly site, so your four legged friends can enjoy this beautiful part of Cornwall with you.
