A binding contract between us will come into existence when we receive your booking form and deposit.
The owners reserve the right to prohibit the occupation of the premises by anyone not listed on the booking form unless by prior arrangement. In no case shall the premises be occupied by more people than the berths provided, touring pitches must not exceed the number of people on the booking form. We will only accept bookings from couples and families.
The 25% deposit paid when making your booking is non-refundable. The final payment for the accommodation is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Should you fail to pay this, or not contact us within 7 days from this date the accommodation will be re-let, no reminder will be sent.
No refund will be given if you decide to cut your holiday short due to poor weather conditions etc.
You will not be able to enter your accommodation before 4 pm or after 6 pm on the day of arrival, unless by prior arrangement. If you have not come to collect your keys before 10 am the following day we will re-let your accommodation.
Accommodation must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure and left in a clean and tidy condition.
No children under the age of 16 are to be left on site without a responsible adult, and for the general comfort of all our guests, undue noise will not be tolerated between 10 pm and 8.30 am.
You are liable for any damage to the accommodation or equipment. There will be a charge for damages not reported and repaired or replaced to the satisfaction of the owners before departure.
Any visitors must report to the reception before entering any of the accommodation. Visitors are not permitted the use of our facilities.
We permit one vehicle per unit. Any extra vehicles must park in the car park with a small fee of £2.00 per day. ALL vehicles must be reported to reception when first entering the site.
Dogs and other pets are permitted in certain allocated units, provided they are kept under control and on a lead at all times, pets must not interfere with other people on the site. Under no circumstances must pets be allowed on furnishings, or left in the accommodation unattended. Certain breeds may be refused. Owners must be responsible and clean up after their pets.
Under no circumstances must seats or bedding be taken outside the accommodation.
The owners will not be held liable for any damage to, or loss of, personal belongings or any injury to persons whilst on Seaview Holiday Park however caused or sustained. Anyone using Seaview does so entirely at their own risk.
At the beginning or end of the season, or for reasons beyond our control, it may be necessary to withdraw certain amenities or facilities that have been advertised. The right to do so is reserved accordingly. Whilst every effort has been made to provide an honest and accurate description of the site, these are a guide only and do not form part of the contract.
If you wish to cancel your booking you must do so by writing. You are liable to pay the full amount should we be unable to re-let the accommodation. Should we manage to re-let your booking we will refund the full cost minus the booking deposit, which is non-returnable. It is recommended that holiday insurance be taken out to cover this eventuality.
When placing a booking you are deemed to have accepted these conditions. The proprietors reserve the right to terminate occupation of any site without compensation when in their reasonable opinion any person fails to observe the above conditions, or when the conduct of any visitor is considered detrimental to the proprietor or other visitors. In this event no refund shall be due.
You must notify any shortcomings with your holiday accommodation immediately to the owners so that remedial action, if appropriate, can be taken. If any significant problem is not resolved to your satisfaction no liability will be accepted unless full details of your complaint are put in writing within 28 days of the end of your holiday. A response will be forthcoming within seven days from receipt of the letter.
