Access Statement

Introduction

• We endeavor to ensure that all visitors can enjoy the accommodation facilities and surroundings with in our park.
• Our aim is to help in anyway that we can and if you require any assistance during your stay or whilst planning your Visit we will be happy to assist .
• To do this we take time to discuss individual needs with each person that contacts us.
• We are a small family run park with limited resources and some needs are not within our power to fulfill, others we have thought about and can meet.

Current Facilities and services offered are:

Pre Arrival

• We have static caravans, Cabins and Chalets.
• Bookings and enquirers. This can all be done via Internet, phone or by post.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

• Reception area has a small gravel car park (to the front)
• Accessible parking is available in close proximity to reception (outside the swimming pool)

Main Entrance & Reception

• Access to reception is directly from the car park.

Public Areas - General

• Gravel roads service all parts of the park with speed ramps.
• The Park is situated on one field over looking the sea.
• There are benches provided throughout the park

Bar And Games Room

• Accessible parking bays outside the reception and are a short distance from the bar entrance.
• Access to the bar is by one small step down with a Single door.
• The bar has a selection of different table and chairs (some with central column some without). Tables and chairs can be moved on request
• The patio area outside the bar is level with the bar and has no steps.
• The small toilet, which is in the games room.
• Large print bar tariff are available on the bar door and in the bar.
• All areas on one level, this is a no smoking area

Leisure Facilities

• 3 Accessible parking spaces are located directly outside the swimming pool Ramp leading to entrance gate and double doors .
• Key Fob Entrance.
• There are chairs available in the pool area.
• All facilities are well sign posted in clear readable font accompanied by pictogram.

Out door Facilities

• There is a childcare's play area.
• The surface of the play area is grass.
• Seating is provided around the area.

Caravans

• Static caravans/holiday homes have steps to the main entrance.
• Each comprise of between 2 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 guests, shower room, lounge & kitchen.
• All have their own parking spaces and small area of grounds around them.
• All have picnic tables
• We have a selection of holiday homes, All units are non-smoking , and dogs are allowed in Popular Caravans, Standard Caravans.
• No dogs are allowed in the popular plus caravans.
• Our Caravans will not accommodate wheel chairs.

Cabins

• Cabins have one step to the main entrance and steps in to all of the rooms inside of the cabin
• Not suitable for wheel chairs
• Each comprise of two bedrooms sleeping a maximum of four guests, shower room, lounge & kitchen.
• All have their own parking spaces and small area of grounds around them and a picnic table.
• Smoking is not permitted in these units dogs allowed in some Cabins

Chalets

• Chalets have one step to the main entrance.
• Each comprise of two bedrooms sleeping a maximum of four guests, shower room, lounge & kitchen.
• All have their own parking spaces and small area of grounds around them and picnic table.
• Non-smoking and pets are allowed.

Morwenna Cottage

• Morwenna cottage has one step to the main entrance.
• Not suitable for wheel chairs.
• Comprises of two bedrooms sleeping a maximum of four guest,shower room, lounge & kitchen.
• It has it own parking space and small back fenced in garden to rear and picnic Table.
• Smoking and pets not permitted .
